We recommend filling the entire application form in one session, so please have all the information on hand before you start.

In particular, you will need at least one high resolution image in .jpg, or .png format.

You will also need a video of a live performance by the act. This can be on YouTube or it could be a link to a file stored in the cloud. We are happy with a clip a friend took on a smart phone.

Overseas acts must have an Australian phone number.​
