You need to fill in the application in one go or you risk losing your information.

You should have at least one high resolution image in .jpg or .png format.

We would also like a video of a live performance by the act. This can be on YouTube or it could be a link to a file stored in the cloud. We are happy with a clip a friend took on a smart phone.
